Beatrix Wiedemann

I’ve worked as an assistant in various companies for many years, and I’ve learned that I’m at my best when I can operate behind the scenes. I enjoy creating an environment where things run reliably, where workflows are clear, and where teams can depend on each other. That’s where I naturally step in – keeping structures steady and making sure everything holds together, even when things get busy.

I genuinely enjoy organizing. I quickly understand what’s needed to keep the day-to-day running smoothly – sometimes it’s the small details, sometimes it’s the invisible threads that need to be pulled in the background. My professional and personal experience gives me a calm, grounded perspective, which often brings stability to teams. I’m good at sensing tensions early and contributing to a working atmosphere where people feel balanced and supported.

Munich has become my chosen home, even though I’m not originally from here. Perhaps that’s why I appreciate the proximity to mountains and lakes so much – it’s where I recharge. I’m also proud to have been with Ananda since the early months and to have witnessed its growth firsthand. Being part of this journey has shaped me both professionally and personally.

Outside of work, I love spending time with my family, enjoying good food, and meeting friends. These are the moments that give me balance – and the warmth I bring with me into the workplace.

I’m driven by the certainty that my work contributes to something meaningful. Knowing that what I do has purpose gives me energy and keeps me grounded, especially in busy moments. It matters to me that my efforts support a mission that reaches beyond the daily to-dos and touches something larger.

I also value that my role brings me close to social and society-relevant topics – issues that truly affect people’s lives. In many other jobs, I might only come across these themes by chance or from the sidelines. Here, they become part of my everyday work. They broaden my perspective, spark curiosity, and remind me why I chose this path in the first place. It’s a privilege to be so close to topics that shape our communities, and to contribute in my own way, even if it’s behind the scenes.
