Martina is an entrepreneur in the healthcare sector. She has founded and built 21Dx GmbH into an established healthcare service provider for government authorities together with her partner Peter Bristot. She is passionate about culture and people as key enablers and drivers of sustained growth and takes a pragmatic approach to strategy. In recent years, she has also served as an advisor to startups and scale-ups in the broader health and life sciences sector. Before that, she spent 10 years as a manager at Schön Clinics and began her career at Bain & Company. She has a background in economics and earned a PhD in Law & Economics from the University of Hamburg and Columbia University in New York. Martina is an enthusiastic mother of three and loves spending time in the nearby mountains of Munich—both in winter and summer.
